We offers you free worldwide shipping wherever you are in the world. All packages that will be shipped out to you will be through a trackable method. As soon as we receives the tracking data via one of multiple warehouses across the globe we will send this tracking information to you via email. Below are the estimated shipping intervals for your country/region.

Due to COVID-19 the Shipping times in some cases could be longer than stated above. Mostly it is being delayed in your country's customs. Please refer to the tracking number which we had/will send.

1. Processing time refers to the time that an order needs to be packed, labeled and delivered to the carrier for transportation.

2. Receiving time can increase due to unexpected delays caused by Holidays, bad weather or other factors. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over.

3. Seperate Packages: Please expect multiple packages when ordering multiple products, as items might come from different warehouses.

4. Track Your Order: Once the order is placed, our system will send you an email about the order details. And once the order is shipped out, our system will send you an email with tracking number for you to track your order status. If you have any questions, just feel free to contact us by email:

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our Return Center in accordance with the following Return Policy:

  • Only defective items can be returned and fully refunded; Other items can be returned while are subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Return request must be raised to our customer service team at within 7 days of the delivery date and items must be sent back to our Return Center within 30 days of the delivery date with a tracking number updated to our customer service team at once shipped out. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely manner, we will not issue refund for that. Please email for assistance.)
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • We does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Return Center.
  • Helpful Hint: Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, We will not issue refund for your returns.

Additional notes: 

1. My shoes do not fit, and I want to exchange them. What should I do?

No worries! We accept shoes exchange up to 30 days after delivery of your order so long as the shoes are unworn, show no signs of wear, and are returned in their original packaging along with the original label. Please notice that we does not provide pre-paid return labels; You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return and $10 USD redelivery fee to cover the second postage costs.

We'll ship the new shoes to you within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Return Center.

Note: Shoe exchange are subject to all standard return policies and procedures.

2. My package is returned to me, what should I do?

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 15% restocking fee or $10 USD redelivery fee to cover postage costs. 

Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. We does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

3. Out of Stock items: we issue full refunds to the original form of payment used if any items on the order sold out and we are unable to replenish in a timely manner.

4. How do I return a product?

1). To return a product simply email us at within 7 days of the delivery date to receive the return instructions. Together with the email, please attach 2-3 pictures of the item(s) along with the reason for return and also insert the order number like #We in the email subject.

2). Once you receive the return address, you may ship the product(s) via a courier of your choice within 30 days of the delivery date. Please update tracking number to our customer service team at once shipped out, and notice that lost in return items are not eligible for reimbursements. 

3). Once the item is returned at our Return Center, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the return.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • For orders not shipped out yet, we can support cancellation and partial refund after charging 15% cancellation fee of the whole order amount.
  • For orders that have been shipped out, we cannot support cancellation.
  • Please email us at once you decide to cancel the order.
